Description of Services
The purpose of this site is to provide convenient service to consumers, for home delivery or self-collection of products. In order to place an online order, the user must ‘Sign In’ with a unique “user name” and “password”. The “user name” shall be solely personal to the member.
It is solely the user’s responsibility to select and protect their username and password. We are not liable for any problems, which may arise from the use of a password.
Your order is submitted by clicking on the “Checkout” button. Please check the information you enter and correct any errors before clicking on the “Checkout” button. On receipt of your order, we will process your order and we will send an email that your order has been received.
Certain items orders may take up longer time for delivery as we may need time additional time for production/processing. You will be notified by email accordingly.
Payment can be made by cash on delivery and card payment online. Where any payment you make online is not authorized, you will be returned to the previous page on the website and we shall not be obliged to provide the services.
While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information and we will notify you of any such cancellation.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of delivery addresses, and we shall have no liability or responsibility for any incorrect addresses. We will do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified, however delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
During any product delivery, if the client is not available in the address specified in the system, the products ordered by the client shall not be delivered to anywhere else. Within the framework of such a case, the member must accept all legal responsibilities arising from ordering a product to an address where he/she does not exist.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

For the Payments of our products or services made on our site, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement. Payments are accepted online in AED using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
By using this site, you warrant that any personal information provided by you is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and that you will notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by updating your member profile on the site or by contacting us, you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.

Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy
Admirals Trading LLC takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In case of problems with your order, please send us an email to customercare@admirals.ae and we will assist you. We accept returns within 24 hours of receiving your order. Return and refund can be done only for quality related concerns or wrong product delivered. You must return the box in its original packaging.
In such instances, we will endeavour to send you replacement product or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned items if the product has been used or tampered with. Delivery & Handling fees are non-refundable.
You can cancel your order within 12 hours. Please send us an email to orders@admirals.ae and customercare@admirals.ae with your cancellation.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. The customer has to follow on with the bank in case of any delay in crediting back the customer’s account with the amount previously paid by the customer. We will send an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from Debit / Credit Cards bank payment gateway as reference.
Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may will notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Credit or Debit cards must belong to the user. Otherwise, the user must attain the legal permission from the card owner to perform the transaction.

Customers using the Debit / Credit Cards facility are requested to be available on their respective contact numbers.
The customer is entirely liable for placing an order using the Debit / Credit Cards facility after carefully reading all the terms & conditions.
